Watermelon Snow Cones

This fruity twist on a classic snow cone is really cool! These sweet treats are fun to make and to eat.

Ingredients | Servings: Vary, as desired

  • Seedless watermelon
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Sweetened coconut
  • Sprinkle or jimmies
  • Ice cream cones or paper snow cone cups


  1. Using an ice cream scooper, mold watermelon in balls; place them in the freezer on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet for no more than 1 hour.
  2. Remove watermelon balls from freezer. Roll them in vanilla yogurt; then roll in sweetened coconut.
  3. Place watermelon ball in an ice cream cone or snow cone cup.
  4. Top with sprinkles or jimmies, or other topping as desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
