Campfire Banana S’mores

S’mores are a traditional campfire treat. Before sending the kiddos off to summer camp, explore fun alternatives to the classic graham cracker sandwich. Your campfire chefs will impress their fellow campers with this bonfire banana bonanza!

Ingredients (single serving)

  • 1 whole Chiquita banana, unpeeled
  • 6 whole mini marshmallows
  • 12 whole chocolate chips

Instructions

Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes

  1. Peel one side of the banana and cut a wedge in the fruit.
  2. Pour a few mini marshmallows and chocolate chips into the wedge.
  3. Replace the peel; wrap the banana in aluminum foil.
  4. Place the banana on the barbecue grill (adult action only) or on the campfire coals for about 5 minutes.
