    Manny’s Original Chophouse, a small, Florida-exclusive family of restaurants, has announced plans to open a location in Baldwin Park. The eatery, which has a meat-centric menu, will take over the spot formerly occupied by Lago’s Restaurant in Baldwin Park’s main square.

  • Mesa21 Real Mexican, which got a successful start in Clermont, is ready to open its new location in the Ivanhoe Village district. The restaurant, which was scheduled to start testing service on March 24, is moving into the building that previously hosted Gargi’s Lakeside Italian Ristorante.
  • Winter Park’s Reel Fish Coastal Kitchen + Bar, which opened with a dinneronly menu in February, started serving lunch in early March. The seafood restaurant models itself after fish camps that started during the Depression era, and it prides itself on serving fresh, seasonal fish with an emphasis on sustainable sources.
  • Quantum Leap Winery has announced changes to its hours and offerings, with the Mills 50 hotspot now being open from noon till 8 p.m., Tuesday- Saturday. Additionally, food is now available for purchase. Co-owner Jill Ramsier says the changes are a result of patron requests.
  • Walt Disney World Resort has released details on two new eateries slated to open as part of Pandora—The World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom on May 27. Satul’li Canteen will have a health-conscious, world-inspired menu, while Pongu Pongu will primarily offer adult beverages.
