In Just a Few Words

Several area notables from various walks of life describe Orlando the best they can in five words or less.

There is no denying that Orlando and its surrounding area is a wonderful place to live, work and play. From the local neighborhoods where civic pride runs deep to the amusement parks and other attractions that draw crowds from near and far, The City Beautiful has something for everyone. Mix in stellar schools, industry-leading medical providers and a thriving dining scene, it’s no wonder why record numbers of folks are regularly migrating to the area to be a part of the community.

So, in the year that Orlando marks its 150th anniversary, we wanted to reach out to several notables to hear their thoughts on what makes this place so special. The only caveat—we asked them to describe Orlando in five words or less. Though the responses vary, they carry a singular theme: there’s really no place like home.
